Individual devoting less than 50% of their time to the management of one or more associations.  This includes empolyees of facilities, convention centers, services providers, etc.

Employeed full-time as staff or personnel devoting 50% or more of work time to the management of voluntary trade, professional, educational, technical, convention & visitors bureaus, chambers, philanthropic, or similar organizations which have either members or donors or both.  Convention and visitors bureau and chamber employees qualify for regular membership.
