Check out the Great Lineup of ISAE Education & Networking Events Coming in 2018

 

ISAE meetings and roundtables continue to experience record attendance. Education and networking are two of the top member benefits, and ISAE has tremendous opportunities ahead for both in 2018. Be sure to review the list of upcoming ISAE events to learn more about the roundtables scheduled for January, February and, March,and the quarterly membership meetings scheduled for February and April. ISAE continues to offer fantastic opportunities to share, collaborate and build valuable business connections that will help you succeed in your career.

Kick off the Holiday Season with ISAE

We will be holding our annual Holiday party on Tuesday, December 5 from 4 to 6 pm at the Iowa Motor Truck Association. A special thanks to Brenda Neville and her staff for hosting us. There will be refreshments and light hors d’oeuvres graciously sponsored by Jamie Courtney with the Gateway Hotel & Conference Center, Abby Dean with the Embassy Suites Downtown Des Moines and Allise Feldman with The Republic On Grand. Bring your smile and try out the interactive Mirror Me Photo Booth provided by Glen Fuhrmeister with Unique Events.

From Apps to Conference WiFi

 

This roundtable session will feature content experts as well as session participants helping demystify event WiFi needs and negotiations. You will hear from venue staff and learn about WiFi logistics and how association staff can better determine and negotiate their conference needs. We will also have a group discussion on the latest apps that specifically help association staff stay organized and effective. THE RESULTS ARE IN!

 

Thank you to the ISAE members who participated in this year's 2017-18 ISAE Compensation Benefits Survey. We appreciate your time and input. The results have been tabulated and sent to the representatives from the participating associations. 

 

Participants receive copies of these results free of charge. Any ISAE members who did not participate may contact our office and purchase the results for $200. Non-members may purchase the annual survey summary report for $300 by contacting ISAE at admin@iowasae.org.

Thanks to the amazing study group by two of our ISAE members, Darcy Burnett and Jill Olson with the Iowa Bankers Association and the hard work of these participants, two more ISAE members have passed their Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) exam this year.
