  • Writing materials for electronic/social & news media
  • Serving as liaison to recycling vendors
  • Organizing, staffing & promoting internal/external special events
  • Supporting internal teams as the recycling knowledge expert

Your developed expertise will report quality details on program activities, statistics, needs, goals, and objectives….you can make a difference in communities and environment!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation from accredited four (4) year college or university with major course work in marketing, public relations, or related field including related internship or project management experience. Additional work experience may be substituted for the required education.
  • Two (2) years of experience in positions that included program management, marketing, and/or public relations.
  • Valid state of Iowa Motor Vehicle Operator’s license required.

The administrative operations specialist is “director of first impressions”, responsible for executive and administrative operations of the association and reports directly to the President.

Administrative activities may include answering telephones, file organization, meeting material preparation, mailings, website maintenance, writing articles, typing, internal team support, etc. The primary function of this important position will be the day to day management of our web-based association management software and member database software licensed by CDC “gomembers OnDemand”, formerly known as Computility.
