ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manages and markets MWA’s residential recycling, business recycling, and yard waste management programs and services in the MWA service area.
• Provides reports detailing program activities, statistics, needs, goals and objectives.
• Works with Public Affairs Director to develop programs and initiatives that increase recycling and reduce waste in the MWA service area.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduation from accredited four (4) year college or university with major course work in marketing, environmental science, public relations, or related field including related internship or project management experience. Additional work experience may be substituted for the required education.
• Five (5) years of experience in positions that included managing multifaceted program(s), working with stakeholders, conducting research, and developing new concepts.
• Valid state of Iowa Motor Vehicle Operator’s license required.
Pay: $1,923.07-$2,692.30 biweekly
$50,000-$70,000 annualized basis
