ISAE promotes the professional approach to association management by the exchange of experience, ideas and opinions. The society's philosophy is that learning does pay dividends in education, friendship and fun. ISAE is the state allied society of the American Society of Association Executives.

All memberships in ISAE are individual memberships.

Regular Membership

• Regular voting membership is limited to full-time staff personnel devoting 50 percent more of their working time to the management of voluntary trade, professional, educational, technical, convention and visitors bureaus, chambers, philanthropic, or similar type of organizations which have either members or donors or both.

Regular Annual Membership: $125

Associate Membership

• Individuals devoting less than fifty percent of their time to the management of one or more associations.
• Individuals who serve as association counsel on an annual retainer basis.
• Individuals who provide legislative lobbying, computer or publication services to association.
• Executives of not-for-profit, voluntary organizations who do not meeting the Society's definition of a Regular Member.
• Any person, firm or corporation that engages in selling exhibit services or facilities for conventions and meetings of associations.
• Any person, firm or corporation engaged in selling products or services to members of the society.

Associate Annual Membership: $160
